Does anyone sell gift cards at Costco? Looking to find out how to sell these into Costco without bulk loading.

Are you looking to have Costco sell gift cards for your restaurant, but track all sales within Toast?

Yes, we would like to have Costco sell our gift cards and my understanding is that they have to be pre-loaded. If we needed to provide 100 cards that would be a lot of manual loading since there isn't a way to batch load. I would also want to be able to track in Toast.

I believe the only way to have pre-loaded cards is by bulk-loading them, and currently, that process is manual. Hopefully, a community member might know of another way or maybe an integration to use to help speed up the process. Sorry, I couldn't be more help!

We sale GC through Costco. We order our cards preloaded through ecards. Make sure you order through there Toast specific rep. They have to create a case to get them loaded.

a few lessons that we learned the hard way. you don't need to order card envelopes. They're going to want them delivered in regular white envelopes. Most likely four cards per depending on your agreement. Also preprint amount on back of card.
