Our tickets display the 'dine-in' and 'take out' both in red. When we are busy it can get missed and a take out order will get plated. Is there a way to make the phrase 'take out' stand out more? Different color? Different font?

If you're default dining option is dine in, under your kitchen setup, kds and printed tickets settings you can set to only show the header if it's anything but your default, that way it is more obvious when it's not a dine in. If you don't like that option also on that page if you scroll all the way to the bottom under kitchen names you can change the kitchen name for dining options and other things, so you can capitalize it or add some characters to help it stand out. I use a combination of both options and it has worked pretty well.
