We want to start paying tips on check and use the tip pooling optiosn and was wondering if someoene from toast could help us out. I tried to submit ticket but it keeps saying error.

@JackH Toast Payroll brings a lot of options, so it's hard to explain them all here, but below are some links that should prove helpful! As Jimmy said, Toast Payroll provides these tip pooling options, but if you do not have Toast Payroll yet, you would want to refer to this link here: Pooling Tips and Tipping Out.

Once you have Toast Payroll, the feature you are looking to enable is the Toast Tips Manager. This will give you the tip-pooling options, I believe you are looking for. More on that here: Toast Tips Manager Guide.
