Why did Toast cancel the online help desk?

Phone support is time consuming and is not helpful for sending screen shots! Will Toast reinstate the online help desk? I won't be posting restaurant data to a public forum!

Toast Central used to have a link to My Care Cases. This link no longer exists.

To be clear, I can see old cases but I can't initiate a new ticket.

Head over to My Customer Care Cases. You could be able to scroll all the way to the bottom and choose Contact Customer Care.
