Receipt Printer through Wi-Fi

Post hurricane Milton, we lost our tiki bar on the beach next to our restaurant. While it is getting rebuilt, we moved a mobile bar to its location to sell drinks from. My idea was to put a Toast POS terminal in there, connected to Wi-Fi to ring in orders. I have set it up and everything work fine, except for the printer. Is there a way to have the printer work without an ethernet connection? I was hoping it would work through the Wi-Fi on the POS but doesn't seem to be doing so.

Would the printer just be used for printing receipts or for drink tickets?

Unfortunately my idea wouldn't work, I was hoping to maybe use the ethernet port and a crossover cable to get a connection to the printer, but unfortunately when wifi is enabled ethernet is completely disabled. I don't know how temporary this is and if it would be worth the investment in the official wireless printer or not https://www.toasttab.com/customers/shop/printers/01t4W00000HhDoYQAV but that would be the best bet. I have used devices in the past to connect ethernet only devices to wifi like this, https://www.amazon.com/IOGEAR-Ethernet-2-WiFi-Universal-Wireless-GWU637/dp/B018YPWORE I am not 100% sure how toast managed network will handle it though, it is basically just a wireless bridge so I don't see why it would have an issue, unfortunately I don't have a toast managed network to test that.

I'm sorry to hear about your Tiki Bar; that's unfortunate. Based on the information I could find, a setup like this requires a wireless printer if you are on a Toast-managed network.
