HELP! our service charge is OVERCHARCHING - FAILED SUPPORT

We have summited so many support requests and called so many times, but we are still not getting any answers a week later!

Our 5% surcharge is charging as follows:

check subtotal = 100
Service charge (5%) = 5.41
Taxes (8.24%) = 8.70

--> The service charge amount is clearly adding its own taxes to its total service charge amount AND taxing on the tax line.

I find crazy that this is not fixed - especially if it's happening to everyone.

The tipping calculation was set to after taxes. We did not realize at the time that it would impact service charges. I wish one of the 4 support and expert team members over the course of about 3hours on the phone would have thought of that... Could have saved a bit of time and clean up on our accounting side.
