I need to see how many checks are being transferred by each employee does such a report exist

I don't think there is a report that shows employee activities. There is an internal tool that allows to review updates to an order. I'm not sure if it also includes transfers but it's worth a try. You can review check update history by finding orders in questions on the Toast Web and click "View Update History".

It will show transfers (had to use it for that just this week) will show previous server and current server.

Thank You, but i need to see over a week or longer if one employee has been transferring cash checks out of her name into another employee and keeping the cash

Unfortunately no report you can run on that as au79teahouse mentioned. Closest you could get is run en orders report for the employee in question for the dates it occurred then go through the orders manually.
