The problem is not the update, you can't see the menu that I uploaded to the Toast platform to the website

Probably a browser cache issue, try clearing cache and cookies for toasttab site

How to if you are not familiar,
Under settings in edge go to cookies and site permissions > manage and delete cookies and site data > see all cookies and site data > search for toasttab > remove all shown, close browser, reopen and try again.

Thanks for sharing that, I would say it must be an issue with your browser, that address opens for me with no issue. Can you try another browser or computer altogether?

Weird, could be something with your network, dns issue or blocking maybe? Have you tried on a phone not connected to wifi, just cellular?

It opens fine on my phone, I can't check anything with your website or toast account, I was wondering if you could open the website on your phone not connected to wifi?
