Is there away to pay out a bonus on a separate check through toast payroll without having to do an off- cycle payroll.?

For tax reasons I want my mangers to get their bonuses not combined with there regular paycheck. So some of them are not bumped up into a different tax bracket.

Yes! A second check can be added to that EE on the second step of the payroll process.

Could you explain this further. Which is the second step (approving hours, adding tips)? What does EE mean? I'd like to do this also.
