Managing 3rd Party prep time delays for Grubhub, Uber, and Doordash.

It's to my understanding Grubhub, Uber, and Doordash is not integrated with Toast for the prep time delays and throttling. I was told from a Toast expert I would need to call the 3rd Party Online companies to manually update. This will likely be a disaster for the busy restaurants to get on the phone daily or during the rush to call and manually update the prep time. Not to mention delivery drivers coming in to pick up the orders that are not ready. Which can lead to 15 to 20 drivers frustrated.

Prior to the integration orders coming in from the tablets you can modify the prep time for each order.

What are other restaurant doing to manage the prep time?
