Receipt Printing

Hi, so we are based in Ireland. Most people here don't ever want receipts. We have managed to turn off automatic receipt printing on cash transactions (we get the print or not print prompt).. We cant seem to be able to disable auto receipt printing on card transactions at all.. Anyone have any ideas?

Guest receipt setup, you can turn off customer receipt and only print merchant. Are you trying to not print merchant as well?

ideally, I would like to turn off all receipts. and be able to print them only if I need them

“Closed Check Receipt” within guest receipt setup is turned off but it still prints a receipt on every card transaction

You could set a threshold under payments > payment options for printing receipts over a certain check value, as long as you are fine with the risks of not getting signatures.
