TABC Monthly Report

Hello Group,

We are trying to get a report for our monthly TABC that we have to send in regarding alcohol that was discounted or given away. They want not only just a total but an itemized list of each type of alcohol with costs and discounts. I can find the one that gives totals for each type of item but no details. If it helps, we have also added an Alcohol Given button, so at the end of the night we can discount everything that way, but again doesn't show an itemized list. Anyone else have any ideas as to how to get this information? If it helps/Matters we are in Texas.

I believe you can use the Item Details report to get an Itemized list. Let me know if you need more help!

We are definitely on the right track....I need something (if possible) to download and sort. As it sits here I would have to go line item by line item and pick out all the comps individually. Granted this is a step in the right direction and very helpful. We have to have a report that shows all comped alcoholic drinks whether it be mixed, wine, or beer. Going down the list without some mechanical help would end up being very cumbersome on a month to month basis.

If you need to see each individual item and total discount, menu breakdown or product mix would be best. https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/analytics/home/menu/breakdown

I think this might work enough to get us what we need with little extra work in Excel. I appreciate the help.
