Cannot hide or delete MENU from navigation on website

Hello,

In multiple location setup and the MENU link in the Navigation Bar shows all addresses for all locations. So I created a new Navigation link to url/menu since all the menus are the same. Now I cannot delete or hide either of the Menu Links in the navigation drop down. When I click on delete or hide the PUBLISH button activates but after publishing I can still see both MENU links in the Navigation bar.

Please help.

Hi Rob, I tried on a different browser and on a different computer all together. I made sure to delete my cache and cookies but still not able to hide or delete the nav menus.

That's very interesting. I recommend contacting support and informing them about your issues and the troubleshooting steps you've already taken. They can also do a screen share, so they should be able to assist you further. Sorry, I couldn't offer more help!
