The reason I ask is because it takes 3 days for me to marinate and smoke my meats and I want to know if I can set a limit of time in advance for each catering gig or event so I am not over whelmed . This is the reason we added the Catering module for our business. We custom bake breads each morning, so we can't take online orders for same day fulfillment.
