Do you have specific devices that are used to place the orders in the music venue? You could create a dining option for the venue and set it as the default dining option on those devices, the kitchen tickets would then show that dining option as the header.

We have a 320 seat music venue attached to our restaurant. Is there any way to designate tickets of guests attending the show to show up on the KDS so our kitchen knows the table it on a time crunch? I know you can change the Kitchen Name of each item with a "star" symbol or the word "show" but then it pops up every time that item is ordered. Looking for a way to "highlight" or notify the kitchen for these specific tickets. Thanks.

No all devices send show orders to the kitchen. Thank you though!

Okay, dining option is still a possibility, you would just need to manually change it before sending the order.
