Toast offline (AWS Outage) , printers not working

We have a site where we have the printers configured to print when in offline mode. It has worked every outage. This AWS outage (10/20/2025), they are not working. Is there something special about this outage that would cause offline printing functionality not to work? Never saw this issue previously.

Keyboard added a period it looks like https://central.toasttab.com/s/article/Reprint-and-Resend-Receipt-from-Payment-Terminal Offline tickets printed for me, possible that locations configuration got changed? Can't really check at the moment though.
