Have you verified the internal printer setting? Can you print a self test to check that by turning the printer off, then holding feed button while powering it on. We chose the 1.5x3 small vertical label size, however it looks like the printing area is misaligned. There is a huge amount of space on the left of the label, and the right side of the label is cut off. We are using 80mm rolls and have already checked the printer settings which is correctly set to the 80mm paper size.
