Hello William, I have had a similar experience with a few of my customers too.. however there is no way we can "Black-List" them on toast. Infact Doordash still accepts orders from them but will not be eligible for refunds for compalints.

This question is in reference specifically to Doordash Drive orders. I am wondering if there is a way to block/not-auto approve certain customers' delivery orders? We have 1 or 2 customers that consistently give us trouble with their deliveries. There is no satisfying them, and after a brief conversation with Doordash support I have learned Doordash has previously banned these guests from their platform because of persistent issues. Toast still allows these customers to order delivery, can I shut them off somehow?

Thanks
