Hello,

Would it be possible for the Customer Notes box - currently visible only within the customer profile - to also appear under Customer Details when creating an catering order?

When viewing a customer’s profile, there is a Customer Notes section where our team records internal information such as tax‑exempt status or school discount eligibility. It would be extremely helpful if these notes were also displayed during order creation so our team doesn’t have to switch back and forth between screens to verify special discounts.

I remember I read this somewhere that toast is working this specific feature you mentioned.

Just wanted to circle back and update on this topic. In the latest POS update, the customer notes will show up as part of the guest profile on the POS system.
