I think house accounts is the answer. But I'm not sure it would work *exactly* like you described. I do not use house accounts, but I decided to test this out by creating one for myself, and then manually adjusting the balance on my account to $-1000 (negative), which is allowed. I think on the first of each month you would need to go into house accounts and manually reset it. I also think they would be allowed to go over the $1,000 and someone would have to pay the difference. To pay, you would have to allow house accounts as a payment method on the POS, which is done in the Settings tab in the House Accounts UI. Try playing around with this and let me know how it goes!

For my restaurant i have a situation that I am not sure how to solve.... I'm embedded within a office building. The company wants to setup a fixed monthly tab for 2 of their departments - For Ex: - $1000 a month for each department. Anyone from a department can use that tab within that month to buy their food. The tab will reset each month. I will invoice a flat $1000 to the office.... How do i set this flow up in toast? House accounts?
