    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah, that's why you would also need the second fixed value employee discount for checks over $40 as well. Not an ideal solution, but all I can think of to workaround this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there anyway to put a dollar amount cap on a fixed percent discount?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have looked into the discount configuration and the only min/max setting is for the check value and not the discount itself. For example, if we have a 50% employee discount, is there any way to max the discount out at $20.00?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That would work for smaller checks. The issue with that work around is if it were a larger order (greater than $40), the POS won't allow the discount to be applied since it is over the max check amount.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
