This is a workaround. You can add a "required" modifier with a modifier item called "pizza dough" to all your pizzas on the menu. Let's say you start with 100 dough every day and you can go to any pizza and change the modifier quantity to 100. Every pizza is ordered, the count of pizza dough is subtracted until hitting zero. Once the count hits zero, cashier cannot ring in any more pizza because the dough modifier is a "required" modifier and they cannot proceed without selecting it. For kiosk and online ordering, menu items with required modifier that is out of stock will be shown as out of stock.

There is a possibility you can go negative count. The situation would be you have only 1 dough left and cashier rings in two of the same pizza using the quantity selector. But this workaround works most of the time.

Hello! Mostly posting this with hope its on toasts list of future features but id love to be able to attach an inventory value to an entire menu or sub menu. I sometimes operate with limited pizza dough and instead of setting inventories to each individual pizza basing it off averages sold, id like to set it to my entire pizza menu to help control selling out.
