What's the best way to get comped drink numbers?

We didn't create a dedicated discount button for comped drinks so I'm not sure how I can pull numbers on fully comped drinks that were for testing, tasting, or had to give away. Anyone have any ideas?

You could use product mix report, turn discounted on, and set to yes. Though if you use loyalty rewards these numbers might be screwed since essentially discounts each item on the check when redeemed.

Pull the discount report by check for open discount .have each manager mark off what was what if it’s only a month it shouldn’t be too awful

You could also setup discount reasons and pull reports based on this for the future. The link below explains how to set up discount reasons
