Is it because device can't detect the reader? If that's the situation you have, I had the same issue before with one of our kiosks. We've attached a second direct tap to the POS but only one EMV reader is supported at a time and it would be great if when we run into those situations we can seamlessly use the tap/insert of the second card reader without having to do a kiosk restart or anything like that.
