Attaching Bluetooth Speaker to Small KDS

Hi, all:

Our kitchen team cannot hear the "ding" from our small Toast KDS. I've attached a Bluetooth speaker to the KDS in the tablet settings so we can up the volume on the notification. When I choose different notification sounds, I DO hear the test sound on the speaker. But when an order is submitted, no sound is played through the BlueTooth speaker. Has anyone had success with this? Any tips?

Hey @Todd, I would check the setup of the KDS and the prep stations being sent to the KDS. The link here: Notifications for KDS-Fulfilled Orders, will walk you through the steps to accomplish this. Let me know if this fixed the issue or if you're still not hearing the notification go off!
