So you have a few options for this.

1 using toast catering and events and preplan the even.

you can also set up device groups and have the devices set up those devices to only see orders from that device. Group and service area. You can also set service areas on towers top of that and dining options as well and set order routing overrides to different prep stations based on the rules you set
