Online Order Customer Receipt is Printing at the Kitchen Prep Printer

I'm a Toast newbie, so go easy on me.

Right now when someone makes an online order via Google, the order is sent directly to the Kitchen and a ticket is printed at our Kitchen Prep Printer. Which is great. But, immediately after, the online order's Guest Receipt is also printed at the Kitchen Prep Printer rather than the Front of House printers. I've looked all over my settings on the back end and can't figure out a way to fix this.

Please help this Toast newbie out.

Order with google uses the settings for any other takeout or delivery order, which are set here https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/delivery scroll down to receipt printing and double check the printer set.

Followed these instructions. This printed an Itemized receipt at the correct printer, but the Credit Card/Signature receipt still prints at the Kitchen Prep printer.

Do you happen to have a KDS in a addition to the kitchen printer? If you do, I am thinking that it may be your auto fire device, and have the kitchen printer assigned as it's receipt printer. If you don't, whatever your auto fire device is may have it's receipt printer set to the kitchen printer.

Played with the auto-fire device. An itemized receipt is now printing at the correct printer, but the Credit Card receipt is still printing at the Kitchen Prep printer.

Do you know which device is the auto fire? Have you looked at what printer is set to be the receipt printer of that device? (in device setup) One quick fix would be to uncheck the merchant and customer copies, that would stop them printing automatically altogether.
