Why is toast the only Pos that don’t have the pass on the feed to the customer

it don’t make sense

Add an administrative fee on the backend and just apply it to your checks, you can add a little note on guest receipts that says something like "Credit card payments are assessed a -% processing fee"

We have a fee setup for a flat dollar amount and we word it as a credit card convenience fee.

but basically toast doesn't offer due to legal issues and difficult implementation, I'm not sure what other POS systems that offer it are doing, but that's on them I guess. Like others have said you can create your own service charge based on your average credit card rate if you wanted.

Add a Service Charge to all your dining options, have your employees remove it when someone pays cash.
