    <description>&lt;P&gt;Some of our clients have experienced after a power outage or version upgrades.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check Toast terminals are properly connected to the network.&lt;BR /&gt;If you are using an older version of the Toast software, try updating to the latest version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check logging in from a different device.&lt;BR /&gt;Try restarting your terminal. "just kick it"&lt;BR /&gt;Try resetting your Toast password from the Toast back office, should do this from time to time regardless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, That's what we have experienced with our businesses.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone experienced this issue before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When we power off our POS or KDS screens and log back into our restaurant account, Toast will refuse our password anywhere from 5 to 10 times before it accepts it &amp;amp; logs back in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
