Hi Pearl! Can you explain your situation a bit more? Are you trying to use your Toast system to sell tickets to an event you're hosting?

We have created a menu item for ticketed events in the past. It worked very well. We added an item count to limit the number of tickets, and required the customer name/phone number by assigning the appropriate dining option to the item.
