I just changed my website over to Toast Sites and so far I've had a great experience. My one request would to be able to see website analytics in Toast somewhere. Does anyone know if this in development?

Hey Rob!

I have the same question and am specifically looking for website analytics, such as reports on total views, device usage, and traffic sources. I reviewed the articles you linked but couldn't find any information on metrics. We've already built the website and switched to Toast Websites some time ago, but we haven't been able to locate anything related to metrics.

They are not going to be built into toast (not yet at least), you would use 3rd parties like google analytics or Facebook pixel for tracking those metrics.

Hey Rob!

It seems that we are using a third party for analytics, but I am wondering if Toast will ever have the options for metrics reporting, or if we will have to continue using a third party?

So you can get website analytics as long as you input your GTAG, GTM Tag and Pixel tags. You can then summarize all of this in google analytics because it should all be synced at that point.

I was able to get word from my team that we do not have Analytics at this time; however, it is on the roadmap! I can’t provide an exact timeline, but we plan on delivering a first version in the coming months.
Traffic sources, device usage, and views are all features we’re looking to include, although we cannot guarantee what will be included in the first version.
