Service Charge (Large Party Gratuity)

Hello!

We pool all our tips at our restaurant. We recently started adding 20% gratuity for parties 6 or larger. This tip also needs to be pooled however on the backend there are only two options: 1. to assign tip to server 2. assign tip to restaurant. Is there a way to make this added gratuity pooled?

Another question I have: when I move tables (i.e. from a6 to a3) after an order has been sent to the kitchen, shouldn't the move of table print as a ticket in the kitchen? (a6 move> a3). I cannot find this option anywhere.

Hey @dawonee, to get more tip options, you need Toast Tips Manager; however, this is only available to you if you use Toast Payroll.
