Toast Delivery Service Invoice

I received this email today but with no attachment. As awful as the new system is with taking the fees from CC's now they send out this email with no information. Anyone know where I can get my invoice? Is it in the system anywhere?

I didn't get the invoice. The email had a blank attachment.
