topic Guest count/guest avg in Back Office & Team

Prior to using the current upgrade to the new pos I did not have issues with my guest count being accurate, but now it seems at least in the bar terminal that my guest count regardless of putting a “seat” number on each person defaults to 1 guest. Ex: table of 4, each guest has a seat # but end of day reporting shows 1 guest with the check avg to be really high. Can someone please advise?

Mike Gordon

gm@ jakesplacesml.com
