We need toast to have an option for us to choose to pass on the fees to customers let us choose. What’s the big deal to you what do you care it’s legal if I have to go and pay taxes to the government and they charge 3% I go to DMV they charge 4% so let us choose we need toast to have the option for us to pass on the fees, Toast is losing a lot of customers because of this

Why don't you build 3% to the menu price? 75% of my transactions are cards. Why would you want to ruffle customers feathers by adding a card fee? Bad enough adding on then tax to the bill. I find it aggravating when businesses in this day and age add on CC fees on top. I expect that level of incompetence from government.

Create A serivice Charge

Dont select any dining option
Apply to all orders over a $0.01
remove charge when cash is paid

I am pretty annoyed at this. That is a lot of money Toast is raking by possibly alienating our customers and we receive no benfit. I don't see the $75 online ordering subscription fee going away.

Hello Rob, I have gone to other establishments that use toast and they have both a credit card total and a cash total. How did they do that?

Hey, @VM, I'm not sure; if you can provide the restaurant names, I may be able to find out what workarounds they are using!
