Approve time off that puts employee negative on TAFW balance

An HR+ payroll user should be allowed to log TAFW for an employee that puts him/her into a negative balance but this doesn't seem possible in Toast Payroll?

Hey Rob - this doesn't solve my problem and I reached out here because support isn't giving me an answer. I want to allow my employee to take 8 hours of TAFW even though she's only accrued 2 hours so far this year, which would bring her balance negative. This is a very common scenario but Toast doesn't allow it.

Hey @Greg, my team explained there is a setting within TAFW that would allow the balance to go negative; however, to enable it, you would need to reach out to support and have them turn it on. If you reach out to me via DM's with your support case number I can assist in getting it to the right team!

Finding it to be wrong/unlawful in Minneapolis, Minnesota, too. Also misled during Toast Payroll onboarding and Toast Payroll Managers (Kino) have been neglectful on the issue.
