How do I balance end of day with my excel cashout sheet? I was never given any training on balancing

I was never given any formal training on how the back end of toast works, so I have kinda just been winging it, but I know that isn't good at all. Looking for someone who can help me understand how to balance at the end of the night and have a cashout sheet that spells it all out.
