XtraChef Closing Inventory not Posting to COGs

This is our second month counting inventory using XtraChef. Everything went well the first time, however the month of march isn't showing closing inventory numbers in the COGs report. I did everything the same as last time, completing counts, running Inventory by COGs report and posting to sync monitor. I'm not sure if I skipped a step, or if this is some other problem.

UPDATE:

It looks like this may be happening because the inventory was not set up for the very last day of the month. We put it in for the 29th to open up so we could count it before we closed for Easter. Is there a way I could sync those counts to a different date?
