I am trying to unvoid voided items after payment has been made on a check. can we do this?

To fix the issue, you have two options. Firstly, you can reopen the check and include the voided items, then ask the customer to pay for the remaining items. Alternatively, you could start a new check, ring in the correct items, close it out, and then void the original check.

You can add the items back to the check to make the balance zero or you can transfer the payment to a new check with all new items
