Adding multiple courses to one menu item, 5% service charge location on end of day report

1. Does anyone know a way to add multiple course options to one menu item? For example we have a dish on our menu that I will assign to be a "entree" but I can't also assign the option for it to be a "appetizer" to give the servers the option to choice it to be one or the other. Right now I can only make it one thing and I need to know if I can add multiple choices for each dish.

2. We have a 5% "health and wellness" service charge that is applied to every bill that goes to the house to help with staff healthcare. When I print our end of day report I am unable to find where that 5% would be listed on the report. I need to know if that appears on the report and if so where. If it does not appear on the report I need to know if there is a way to make it appear on the end of day report.

3. We are also interested in getting another Toast standalone POS system in our restaurant and I am curious to know how we go about getting another POS system purchased and shipped to our restaurant.

4. We are also interested in selling/accepting gift cards at our restaurant. Does anyone know do we need to buy a specific brand/style of gift card for it to work on Toast or can we use any? Also how do find the function in Toast POS to sell gift cards, use gift cards and apply balances to a gift card?

For #1 you can enable the change course button under front of house, modifying items, then servers can change the course of an item from it's default as needed.
