fulfillment station KDS not displaying items together

Hi team
Last night two of my myriad tacos started showing up on the line KDS as a separate check. Expo still shows it in its entirety, but on the taco station, it shows up twice, one ticket with those two tacos, and a separate for the rest of the tacos for the same table.

I'm not sure that makes sense, but I have checked the settings and toast is set to show all items per table together, and I haven't changed anything for those tacos so I'm at a loss..

It is happening with just one item and everytime it is ordered?

Okay,if you can replicate the issue it on demand by sending that item to the kitchen then I can't think of anything that would cause that other than an assigned course, but that would show on expeditor screen as well. If it's kind of random, I would ask if you are using the new grid KDS mode on that prep station.

what is the grid KDS mode? How would I turn it on or off?

I just had the same issue happen with two additional items.. but today we are using a new menu that I just programmed this week so I don't know if that could affect it.

It's really going to hurt our kitchen, and I just don't know how to fix it! 😞

Ok... I just read up on grid view and checked, but that station screen is NOT set up to grid view....
