I am looking to change the parameters of the search bar. I have encountered issues with word order and special characters like quotations and accents. Is it possible to ignore word order and special characters so that the products being searched appear? For example, if I type "Origen" without quotations the product Madai "Origen" Godello will not appear. I have to use quotation marks or use Madai or Godello. Do we have the ability to change the parameters of the search bar on our end as Toast consumers? Thanks for any insight.

We do not offer the functionality to adjust the search bar at this time, but thank you for this feedback! Our product teams regularly review feedback posted within the community.

Both, to continue with this example: Madia "Origen" Godello

On the backend, nothing appears in the retail search bar if I put Origen with no quotations. However, it will populate on the POS without quotations.

Another example, changing the word order and omission, Godello Madai in the POS nothing would populate. However, it will populate on the backend website.

Ok, thank you, I had a feeling it was something like retail because I have not seen this issue before with the restaurant POS. Unfortunately I have no experience with the new retail product. Hopefully @Rob can find out more.
