Is Toast Payroll still a Nightmare?

We are in the process of switching over to Toast Payroll, and had I read some of these posts and comments, I probably would not have done it. Nevertheless, here we are. We go live tomorrow.

Is Toast Payroll still a 💩show? Or has it become a more user friendly experience.

We switched over two years ago and its been a really easy experience for us. Onboarding is easy, running payroll is easy and editing team members or looking things up is a breeze. They automatically pay employment taxes and file any other tax information without issue. My CPA was not pleased and highly skeptical when I pulled payroll from them but we haven't had any issues and again the ease of onboarding a new employee with one email is a game changer. We also use Toast Time entries and tip pooling, all of which it brings in automatically. Let me know if you have any other questions!
