How To Run Past Due Payroll when the date period just dissapear

Hi Everyone,

Can someone please show me how to find the past payroll date to run payroll? I suppose to do payroll for 9/16-9/30 but cannot find that date, it only shows 10/1-10/15

I don't use Toast Payroll. Here is what I found in Toast Central regarding your concern:

Based on the two articles, You can't find the payroll date for 09/16/24 to 09/30/24 because it's been cleared for the upcoming pay cycle. I would suggest you contact Toast Support to see if they can bring the pay cycle for 09/16/24 - 09/30/24.

If Toast support cannot bring the pay cycle back to your dashboard, most likely you will need to go through the article in the first link and choose of the three options that best fit your situation.

But call Toast support first. I believe they will able to resolve your issue there.

Toast Payroll is not a 24hr operation like Toast Support. Their working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 8:00pm EST. If any call or email comes in after that time, it will be answered within 12 business hours.
