KDS Mod appearance

Hello!

I am currently looking at ways to simplify the Mods for our menu items. I am looking for some ideas and some technical assistance with some ideas I'd like to implement. I would like to be able to categorize mod groups under individual items without cluttering the KDS. Currently, if I add a mod to select while adding the additional mod underneath, it creates another line to follow the items. I already have a lot going on with my KDS for mods, so I want to know if there is a way to have the system not display something on the KDS. I have a complicated system since my restaurant has a massive amount of moving parts.

Type a space in the kitchen name like this " ". The mod won't appear on the KDS but will skip a line.

Unfortunately, the next level down does not have an option to change the kitchen name for the KDS

Could you share some examples of what you are seeing on your KDS and how you would like to change it?
