Service Charge vs Rental Charge or Set-up Fee

At our place we have the option to rent the entire place or sections. We also have the option for customers to rent 360 photo booth by the hour, our food steamer and other accessories. I created transparent names for these items in the service charge section of toast. My question is: Is this the correct section to add charges like what I mentioned above?

I think the catering and events add-on might be beneficial for this type of workflow, but I'm not entirely sure. If you find that service charges are effective for you, then I don't see a reason to change that approach. Additionally, event deposits could be a good fit for your business.
