I'm administering all employee onboarding, etc. I would love to be able to log in once and only once.

However, I'm not greeted with the option to link when logging in. Is there a permission necessary? Is there a place to request this link within my profile?

I've read the article, but as much as I flip back and forth between 3 people's accounts, I'm never offered this option.
My GM and I are only HRs, not HR3s. So most everyone is under him, so he can see all his employees. When I log into his account, he's not offered the linking option, either.

Anyway, how to we cause this prompt to appear?

Since we wrote, I spent a long time on the phone with toast help. Screenshots went back and forth, all kinds of questions, but no one could figure out why we're not getting the option. All we see is a long rectangular box with our name below it as a button and we have to push that to move further into both toast payroll and toast web. so any thoughts would be great.

I'm sorry they couldn't reach a resolution. Could you share the case number? I will try to get it to a specialist to see if they can offer any new solutions.
