Export POS Access Codes

Hi Everyone,

Not sure if its possible. We are looking to standardize the POS Access Codes for our employees. We are trying to run a report that shows employees and their codes to see who is using the new standard to see who else needs to be changed without going through everyone individually.

Anyone know if this is possible? I exported all our employees but it doesn't show the Codes in the spreadsheet.

Hello, I don't believe there is a report that shows the employee access codes, but maybe you could adjust the permissions or job so that only the new access codes have enough permission to complete a shift, so if someone tries to use the wrong code they will not be able to clock in?
