      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I open issues, I see an email like this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-90px"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Did we fix it? 13589507&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It would be soo helpful if it can include at least a meaningful subject line? Having to open and see what the issue is for each email is just painful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;YES!&amp;nbsp; Toast please fix this.&amp;nbsp; I am currently so frustrated with Toast support trying to follow up on open cases.&amp;nbsp; Just got an email today closing a case that I have no idea what it's for.&amp;nbsp; Even going to Toast Central to look up case numbers and there's NO detail on what the cases are about.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else also experiencing delays on tickets opened via the "My Care Cases" portal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The cases aren't urgent (otherwise I would call or chat), but in the past they would get answered within a week. I have one case that's 3 weeks old and another one that did get a response a month ago but no updates since.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
