Report showing birthday rewards

Is there a report showing birthday rewards available on an account and if possible the ability to adjust birthday rewards? We have the Rewards accounts report, but it appears to only show rewards earned by the loyalty program and sign-up, not the birthday reward, which appears to be a separate balance altogether (i.e. NOT just added to their existing rewards balance). We do direct gusts to use the loyalty lookup link on our website, but it would be nice if we could check on the back-end that they do have a reward available if they call.

No, there isn't such a report on Toast Web. I believe if you look up customers on the POS, the system will tell you the available rewards for redemption including birthday reward.

Is there a report showing emails sent out for the birthdays so we can track if a customer didn't get their reward? This would also be good to verify a redemption percentage so we would have the info to decide to change the offer or not....as with ANY marketing...if it can't be tracked and tweaked it has no value to the business.
